How it works

  1. Request a free consultation or book your initial visit.
  2. Meet Dr. Alatassi by video. She reviews your history, medicines and goals.
  3. Get a personalized plan that may include FDA-approved medication, nutrition guidance, exercise guidance and lifestyle coaching.
  4. Pick up at your pharmacy. If a prescription is appropriate, it goes to a pharmacy near you, such as H-E-B, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart or Costco. We do not offer compounded GLP-1 medications.
  5. Check in monthly for dose changes and long-term maintenance support.

Medication options your physician may discuss

Zepbound, Wegovy, oral Wegovy, Foundayo, phentermine and Qsymia are among the options, depending on your health history. Compare them on our weight loss medications overview.
